You will not find another guide service with the speed, consistency and quality of our trips. Each captain has a deep understanding of the fishing ecosystem and each boat has been custom built to ensure a successful time on the water.

Cpt. Clay Shidler

I have lived on the water in Crystal River Florida my entire life and have worked very hard to be one of the top producing captains in our area. I especially love to target shallow water species including trout, redfish, snook, tripletail, and cobia. However, between October 1st and December 31st my passion is for one of the tastiest fish in the Gulf of Mexico, the gag grouper. We have one of the best fisheries in the state and I would be happy to introduce you to our area.

Cpt. Blake Shidler

I’m Capt Blake Shidler. I was born in raised in Crystal River, Florida and I have lived here my entire life. I have grown up fishing both the inshore and offshore waters of Crystal River and the Florida Keys. I started fishing inshore with my brother at a young age before going to offshore fishing running a commercial fishing boat. The water has been a huge part of my life and couldn’t think of doing anything else as a career.
